Welcome to the Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam Affiliate Program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

  1. Eligibility
  • The affiliate program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Minors (under 18 years) may participate only with parental/guardian consent or through a parent/guardian’s account.
  • Applicants must maintain an active and public profile on at least one social media platform (such as Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook).
  • Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
  1. Affiliate Registration
  • Interested influencers must fill out the affiliate registration form available on our website.
  • Once the application is submitted, influencers will be asked to share the following details through an official email:
    • A valid government-issued identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport).
    • A valid government-issued address proof.
    • Bank account details for commission payouts.
    • A soft copy of the front page of their bank passbook or a recent bank statement showing the account holder name, account number, and IFSC code.
  • Once approved, affiliates will receive a unique Affiliate ID.
  • After logging into their affiliate account, they will be able to generate links for products from the website.
  1. Commission Structure – A Truly Rewarding Opportunity
  • Affiliates will earn a flat 15% commission on every successful sale made through their referral link — a rate that is almost double what most major e-commerce platforms offer!
  • This competitive rate gives influencers the chance to earn steady passive income by simply sharing product links from our approved list.
  • A successful sale is defined as a completed purchase that is not returned or cancelled.
  • Affiliates must only promote products listed on our official “Affiliate-Eligible Products” page.
    Important: If an affiliate promotes or shares a link for a product not listed on this approved page, no commission will be paid, even if the sale is successful.
  • We may periodically update the list of eligible products and commission rates to reflect ongoing promotional strategies.
  • Commission is calculated only on the product price actually paid by the customer, excluding postal or shipping charges.
      If a product is offered at a discount, the 15% commission applies only to the discounted price, not the original listed price.

      Example:
      The product Five Rathas Mahabalipuram Wooden Souvenir is listed at ₹1100, but currently available at a discounted price of ₹499.
      In this case, the affiliate commission is 15% of ₹499, which amounts to ₹74.85 per successful sale.
      Postal charges, if any, paid by the customer are not included in the commission calculation.

  1. Payout Terms
  • Affiliate commissions are calculated on a monthly basis.
  • Payouts will be made on or before the 30th of the following month.
  • The minimum payout threshold is ₹100. If commissions earned in a cycle are below ₹100, the balance will carry forward to the next payout cycle.
  • Payouts will be made only to the bank account submitted during registration.
  • Affiliates must ensure accurate and up-to-date bank details. Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
  • After approval, each affiliate must remain active. Within 30 days of joining, the affiliate must promote at least one approved product from our website on their social media platform and share the post link to ttp4you@gmail.com.
    Failure to show any activity within this 30-day period may lead to termination from the program due to inactivity.

  1. Promotional Product Request

 Once an influencer is approved as an affiliate, they may request one product of their choice (from the approved affiliate product list) free of cost by emailing ttp4you@gmail.com. The product must be collected in person at the Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam office.

This offer is provided on a limited-time basis to encourage early promotional activity and may be withdrawn at any time.

  1. Affiliate Obligations
  • Affiliates must promote Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam’s products positively, truthfully and respectfully.
  • Promotional content must comply with platform policies and not mislead customers.
  • Affiliates must not run paid advertisements or sponsored posts using Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam-branded keywords that could interfere with our own advertising campaigns.
  1. Prohibited Activities
  • Spamming, fraudulent referrals, unethical marketing, and self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited.
  • Misrepresenting the brand, products, or terms is not allowed.
  • Affiliates may not claim to be employees, representatives, or agents of Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam.
  1. Termination
  • Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate access at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.
  • Common grounds for termination include fraud, inactivity, or violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited at the company’s discretion.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Affiliates may use official brand assets (such as logos, product images, and banners) solely for promoting approved products.
  • Modifying brand assets or using them in misleading or unrelated content is not permitted.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Thanga Thamarai Pathippagam does not guarantee specific earnings or uninterrupted access to the affiliate dashboard. We are not liable for any technical issues, loss of income, or indirect damages arising from participation in the program.

  1. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Any major updates will be notified via email or affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Governing Law
  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Any disputes related to this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
  1. Cookie Tracking – Earn Commissions for Up to 365 Days

When someone clicks your affiliate link, our system places a small tracking file called a “cookie” on their browser. This cookie helps us know that the visitor originally came to our site because of you.

Here’s why this matters:
Even if the customer doesn’t buy immediately, you will still earn a commission if they return and complete a purchase within 365 days of their first click on your link.
